Customer Power

In this day of social media and internet networks, companies would do well to remember that almost everything they do, can AND WILL (if its poor service or ill treatment of a customer) be seen by anything up to millions of eyeballs.

After the global meltdown, and we all know who was to blame for it……yep….they haven’t learnt much have they? ..please read will be added to the other million or so people who now know this particular operating procedure of Yorkshire Bank PLC

“After being charged £20 for a £10 overdraft, 30-year-old Michael Howard of Leeds changed his name by deed poll to “Yorkshire Bank PLC Are Fascist Bastards”. The bank has now asked him to close his account, and Mr. Bastards has asked them to repay the 69p balance, by cheque, made out in his new name.” (The Guardian)
